Terms of Use
Effective June 1, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of canotera.com and the public-facing services we make available through it. By visiting the site, requesting a demo, or otherwise interacting with us through canotera.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
01About these terms
"Canotera" refers to Canotera Ltd. and any of its affiliates. "Site" means canotera.com and any of its subdomains. "You" means the person or entity accessing the Site.
Specific Canotera products (including the forecasting platform accessed by customers) may be subject to additional or separate agreements; in case of conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the product-specific agreement governs the use of that product.
02Permitted use
You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes — including learning about Canotera, requesting a demo, applying for a role, and contacting us.
You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law, infringe the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure, reverse-engineer or extract our source code or content beyond what is publicly served, or use any automated system to access the Site in a way that interferes with its operation.
03Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and the underlying software are owned by Canotera or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Site or its content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law (for example, brief quotation for the purposes of news, research, or commentary).
04Your submissions
If you send us a message, demo request, application, or any other content through the Site, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
For the limited purpose of responding to your enquiry, evaluating your application, or otherwise providing the service you requested, you grant Canotera a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content. We will not use your submissions for any other purpose without your consent.
05Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these links for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites.
06Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Canotera and its suppliers disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Forecasts, research, and other quantitative content described on the Site are illustrative; they do not constitute legal, actuarial, investment, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canotera and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you have paid us in connection with the Site (typically zero, since the Site itself is free to visit), whichever is greater.
08Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or that doing so is necessary to protect the Site or other users.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "effective date" at the top reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after a revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
